The club’s executive committee manages Newark Business Club’s day-to-day activities
The chairperson is elected every three years at our Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in April. He or she leads both the committee and monthly breakfast meetings. The secretary and treasurer are nominated and elected annually at the AGM.
All members are invited to enquire about being nominated to join the executive committee. This is an excellent opportunity to give back to the local business community in areas where you have expertise

Media Partners
Newark Business Club collaborates with several local media partners, who help us to share the highlights of our meetings and events. Our media partners include:
Peachy Events expertly manages the sound and lighting at each meeting. Set up in 2001, Peachy Events organises events across the local area, including lighting at Lincoln Castle and Cathedral and immersive experiences featuring sound and lighting, such as the Winter Wonderland Walk at Springfields in Spalding.
Matthew Taylor of MT Productions films and produces a video of the highlights of each business club breakfast meeting. Matthew set up MT Productions in 2021 while studying creative media production at Newark College. MT Productions has also produced promotional videos for charities and local councils.
Roz Andrews of RA Writers For Hire/RA Book Editing writes the club’s meeting reports published in the Newark Advertiser and the e-newsletter. Roz is passionate about supporting independent authors on their writing journeys, providing editing and self-publishing services.
Nicola Auckland of Nicola Auckland Photography captures the spirit of Newark Business Club through authentic photographs taken at our meetings. Nicola specialises in brand, product, and event photography, helping businesses shine with confident, colourful visuals.
